Visit From Uncle Adam

I had a visit tonight from Uncle Adam, he joined us for dinner. He was nice and fed me a bottle, but I thanked him by farting on his lap. Luckily Uncle Adam is proud of that kind of behavior, I guess it runs in the family!

Stand Up

Grandpa sings a song in his band about Standing Up, aparently I have taken his advice. All I want to do is stand all the time.

Food Time

One of my favorite times of day is food time. I will try anything and pretty much like it all at this point. I like to kick back in my chair and let things settle about half way through. I also like to hide my food every now and then like the pancake between my toes and the banana in my ear. My mom doesn't like it very much though.

Nascar Party

We were invited to a white trash Nascar party last weekend. Mom, Dad and I all dressed up. Mom wore a Hooters tank top and got a rose tatoo drawn on her chest. Dad shaved his facial hair into chops, wore a cut off flannel, a monster truck hat and got a Confederate Flag tatoo on his arm. Aunt Traci stopped by just in time to draw on Mom and Dads fake tatoos. I had a cut off white onesie and a Harley Davidson dewrag. I met two new friends named Wyatt and Caden. They were both four months old. I got to hang out with Uncle Jeremy also.

Window Fun

I have recently discovered that I can make faces up against the sliding glass door. Daddy likes to go on the other side and make faces back. Mom just stands there and laughs at both of us!

Bathtime Fun

I really like my new bathtub. Daddy made my hair into a mohawk in this picture.

New House

We moved to our new house on August 1st. It has a nice green lawn for me to play on (even though I am not too sure about the grass at this time). I am sleeping much better and adjusting to "city" life very well.

Camping at Tamarack Lake

We went camping in July at Tamarack Lake with Grammy and Papa Schoenthaler. The road to the lake was a 4x4 only road so it was really bumpy and rocky, I liked all the bouncing. The lake was really nice and warm so I got to go swimming in the water. We went on one hike to a nearby lake called Twin Lake. We thought Papa got us lost on the hike, but Aspen sniffed the way out. I managed to stay awake during the walk in but was too exhausted on the way out, as you can tell the backpack was too comfortable. We also went kayaking. I went on a ride with Daddy on his kayak, but I don't like my life vest too much so it was real brief. The picture of Dad and I on his kayak will be in next months Family Time newspaper so keep your eyes peeled for it!

Visit from Uncle Danny & Aunt Rachel

We got a visit from Uncle Danny & Aunt Rachel the end of June. We did a lot of stuff while they were here. We went out to Whiskeytown lake for a day so the boys could wakeboard, we went down to Chico and walked around downtown, we went and watched Grandpa Wiechman play the drums, and we went on my first camping trip up to Brokeoff Meadows near Lassen Park.

I had a lot of fun fishing and camping up at Brokeoff Meadows. I even caught my first brook trout (with help from mom). Playing that hard made me take really good naps up there but when it came to bed time I was a little unsure about sleeping in my porta crib so I ended up in bed with mom and dad.

We can't wait to see Uncle Danny & Aunt Rachel in October for their wedding!

Swim Lessons

We had our first swim lesson in June. My buddy Waylon and I were in the same class, we were guppies. We had a great time and loved singing songs with our instructor. We both passed the class and got a progress report to put in our baby book. Here are pictures of the fun time we had.

Coast Trip

Mommy, Grammy & Papa Schoenthaler and I went to the coast (Eureka and Ferndale) for Papa's birthday. Daddy was busy playing in Alaska. We had a great time! Here is a picture of Mom and I on the beach with my bare feet in the sand for the first time. The sand felt a little weird but I loved it!

Alaska Trip

Here is a picture of my daddy with one of his big salmons that he caught in Alaska. I love eating all the fresh fish dad brought back for me. Yum! Yum!!
